Event Description:

ProNET is a training programme for SME owners who want to grow their business and become more competitive. The Trinidad and Tobago Manufacturers' Association (TTMA) is pleased to offer ProNET to small and medium sized businesses.

Two modules will be offered in Novemer 2014, i.e. Resource Management and Human Resources Management. Topics for discussion are:

  • Optimum Quantities

Human Resources Management

  • Basic Conditions of Employment
  • Instruments & Procedures of Good Labour Relations
  • Impact of HIV/AIDS
  • Termination of Services
  • Performance Management


Handouts, lunch and snacks will be provided.
